Do you offer shipping?
No we do not ship our shih tzu puppies however, we can deliver for up to an 800 mile radius from San Antonio, TX @ $20.00 + 0.36 per mile.
Do you have a puppy waitlist?
Yes, we do have a puppy waitlist. You can learn more about the waitlist process by reading our waitlist page, or feel free to contact us for further information.
What payment methods do you accept and how do I get my payment to you?
We accept payments and deposits via Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and of course Cash.
How old is my puppy when I bring him/her home?
Our puppies are 8 weeks old when they leave us.
What should I feed my puppy when I bring him/her home?
It is very important to feed your new shih tzu a high quality puppy food. This is to ensure your puppy recieves all the nutrients needed for growth and development.
Do I have to arrange an appointment to view the puppy I’m interested in?
Yes, appointments must be arranged to view any available puppies you may be interested in purchasing. An appointment can be made through email, phone or text. If request, parents may also be present but not required. Appointments are only made for the intention of meeting puppies and making a deposit at the end of the meeting. If you are not ready to make a deposit, please refrain from arranging an appointment and contact us for extra pictures and videos to facilitate your decision instead. This protects our puppies from getting sick/stressed.
My dog is not up to date on his rabies vaccine, will you still groom him?
Yes, we will still provide grooming services to your pet.
Do you offer pick-up/drop-off services for grooming?
Yes, we can pick-up/drop-off for an extra fee.
Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Unfortunately, we no longer accept personal checks or money orders. No, we will not accept personal checks for the deposit and rest in cash.
