WAIT LIST-  A deposit is required to be placed on our waitlist and to hold the puppy of your choice, our deposit is broken down into two payments: A $150 Waitlist Deposit; is required to be placed on our list per puppy once your application has been approved. We then wait 4 weeks after puppies are born to begin choosing puppies, at this time we require a $100 "Puppy Hold Deposit"to lock 

in the puppy of your choice, this will 

complete the $250 deposit. All deposits are Non-Refundable however, the full $250 goes toward the total puppy price. Our Male puppies are $800 and Female puppies are $850.

Those that have placed a deposit for our “Wait List” have priority when choosing the puppy of their choice by the order deposits are placed. 

PLEASE REMEMBER GENDER IS NOT GUARANTEED EVEN WHEN PLACED ON THE WAITLIST!

Those interested in placing a deposit for our Wait List are required to fill out a Puppy Applicantion and Contract beforehand. The Puppy Application helps give insight of individual preferences such as color and gender, this also gives us an idea of where the puppy will be spending their life. I will send the "Puppy Contract", once you have been selected for the waitlist and must be signed before you can place a deposit.

 If you are Number 1 for a Male Puppy, you will have first pick from Males, number 1 for Females gets first pick from the Females. If you have no preference on gender, it then becomes breeders choice and we will place you on the list accordingly. You may choose to pass on a puppy from that litter and wait for our next litter if you desire. If you choose this option, you will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist if one has already started.

All “Wait List” deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only exception- If the puppy you choose passes away while in our care a full refund will be granted or the applicant can choose to move to the next “Wait List” (please understand that the deposits that have already been placed on an upcoming litter have priority pick).

While we can not guarantee what color or gender each litter will produce, we can help you get a good idea of what to expect based on previous litters. We have general goals of how many litters we would like to produce and then rely upon heat cycles and dam body mass index to be exceptional before we breed. If there are concerns for the health of our dams, we won't breed them during that heat cycle. 

++ Whenever "No Preference" is selected for puppy gender it then becomes breeders choice to match a puppy with your family and we will place you on the list accordingly. Please remember we also reserve the right to choose 1 puppy from any litter.++
